Southern Maine FC wants you to join us for a free soccer tryout this June for the opportunity to play on one of our Premier Soccer Teams in 2025-2026. What do I need to know for Tryouts?

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your start time. You'll need to check-in at our tent and get warmed up! Our coaches will start the session at the scheduled time.
What should I wear?
-DRESS WARM! Favor warm attire but if weather is ideal please:
-ALL Players should arrive in a WHITE shirt and BLACK shorts if possible.
-Shinguards
-Soccer Socks
-Cleats or Turf Shoes
-Plenty of Water

Southern Maine FC believes in providing the best opportunity for soccer players to get consistent, quality coaching and to play the game. We welcome multi-sport athletes and encourage you to play for your local towns in the fall, while providing a plethora of sessions for those eager to improve through consistent training sessions. The more you play the better you'll get. The better you get, the more fun you'll have!
Fall 2025 (Nov-Dec) -- Opportunities for additional training sessions, friendlies, and tournaments by team interest Winter (Jan-Feb 2026) -- OFFICIAL START OF SEASON! Train indoors1-2x per week, Winter League Games Spring (Mar-Jun 2026)-- Train outdoors 1-2x per week, Premier League Games Tournaments-- March and May. Additional tournaments added by team interest and availability. **Please note that this is a tentative outline and subject to change slightly** |
